The Enterprise Resource Project Management Organization (ERPMO) is currently looking for a senior-level program manager (equivalent to a GM) with Planview Portfolio Implementation experience to oversee a large-scale, multi-year implementation program/project.

This role will oversee:

A team of 50+ individuals

Implementation across 10,000+ users

Significant capital management responsibilities

Multiple vendor contracts and external labor coordination

This person will be the program manager of the Planview Portfolios Connected Solution program.

Responsibilities include:

Provide program leadership and direction

Manage and lead the Program Team

Provide key program decisions Act as an advocate for the program

Managing the full life cycle of large complex enterprise programs from initiation to completion

Accountable to program sponsors for schedule, budget, and quality of all project elements while leading high level sessions for planning, schedule development, and project execution.

Monitoring program health, understanding constraints and tradeoffs, and facilitating action to deliver value and achieve performance targets.

Assigning work to project managers and program core team members based on organizational priority, skill sets, engagement, and development.

Utilizing project delivery methodologies, staffing models, vendor management practices, Lean/Agile thinking, and capital labor

The program manager will be accountable for strategic leadership, execution oversight, and ensuring alignment across business and IT stakeholders.

Many complexities and unknowns exist, which will require strong leadership and strategic thinking.

2.Extensive experience leading large-scale IT programs, including successful Planview Portfolios implementations within financial services environments.

3.Strategic and analytical mindset, with a consistent record of navigating constraints and tradeoffs effectively

4.Proven ability to build and sustain cross-functional partnerships, ensuring alignment across business and IT organizations.

5.Comprehensive knowledge of project portfolio management (PPM), organizational change management (OCM), vendor management, capital planning, Lean principles, and diverse project delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Skills being requested are as follows:

1.Extensive experience leading large-scale SaaS implementation programs, including successful Planview Portfolios implementations

2.Strategic and analytical mindset, with a consistent record of navigating constraints and tradeoffs effectively

3.Proven ability to build and sustain cross-functional partnerships, ensuring alignment across business and IT organizations.

4.Comprehensive knowledge of project portfolio management (PPM), organizational change management (OCM), vendor management, and capital planning

5.Experience leading Planview Portfolios implementations

6.Strong communication and organizational skills to enable seamless coordination across diverse IT areas and business units.

7.Experience with Lean principles and diverse project delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
