Job Title: Client Accounts Associate / Recruiter

Location: Hybrid Herndon, VA (In-office Tuesdays and Fridays)

Reports To: Executive Team

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Accounts Associate cum Recruiter to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys a blend of client-facing responsibilities and full-cycle recruitment. You will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring that staffing needs are met efficiently while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Account Management:

  • Act as the point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Coordinate with clients on upcoming job requirements, gather detailed specifications, and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Arrange and manage interview schedules between shortlisted candidates and client teams.
  • Review and quality-check resumes submitted by the internal recruitment team to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate candidates before client submission.
  • Schedule and lead client update meetings, including status calls and feedback sessions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of client deliverables such as resumes, status trackers, and weekly reports.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to support long-term partnerships and satisfaction.

Recruitment:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for both IT and non-IT roles using platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, follow up on feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, coordinating background checks, and guiding candidates through the onboarding process.
  • Maintain regular communication with placed candidates to address any queries and ensure a smooth transition until they are settled in their roles.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with client and internal policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 3 years of experience in recruiting, client services, or account coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems such as JobDiva.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with staffing clients or in a vendor-client environment.
  • Familiarity with U.S. staffing industry practices and immigration terms such as W2, C2C, H-1B, etc.
