We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with 7+ years of expertise to spearhead quality initiatives across client's digital commerce platform and the HCL Commerce platform.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in eCommerce testing, proven leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience with QA automation and integrated system validation.


Must-Have Skills:



Extensive eCommerce testing experience across multiple concurrent projects.

Strong knowledge of API testing, SQL, XML, and integration tools.

Experience in Agile environments, including running sprint demos.

Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.

Proven ability to lead and manage distributed QA teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead QA efforts across multiple eCommerce projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Perform both front-end and back-end testing, utilizing tools and languages such as API testing, SQL, XML, and other integration technologies.

Own and manage test reporting, QA metrics, and release sign-offs.

Collaborate closely with Product Management, Development, and Release Management teams to drive defect prevention and resolution.

Define and maintain test plans, automation strategies, and test data for new features, enhancements, and releases.

Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies including functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

Manage and mentor offshore QA team members, overseeing their daily tasks and deliverables.

Coordinate with Development, DevOps, and Product Owners to align on testing strategies and day-to-day QA activities.

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and lead sprint demos for Product Owners and Business Owners
