RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager - Data Analytics. This candidate must be located in OR, WA, CA, GA, RI, MD, VI, CO and this is remote role.
Summary:
We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to lead our Data, Reporting & Advanced Analytics portfolio. This role is strategically positioned to shape our organizational product culture, drive user-centric innovation, and deliver measurable outcomes across applications, data, and analytics. As we build our product management practice, this leader will model core behaviors and help define how product strategy translates into enterprise impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data and analytics products
* Translate strategic outcomes into actionable product plans that deliver measurable business value
* Partner with stakeholders across Underwriting, Actuarial, and Business Operations to align product capabilities with enterprise goals
* Drive product capabilities that support predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI readiness
* Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to integrate advanced analytics into product offerings
* Ensure platform scalability and performance using Azure or equivalent cloud technologies
* Own the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery and continuous improvement
* Partner with program leadership and engineering to ensure timely and quality delivery
* Model and promote core product management behaviors: strategic thinking, clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and comfort with ambiguity
* Contribute to the development of product management frameworks, rituals, and governance
* Actively participate in quarterly planning, portfolio reviews, and product operating rhythms
* Champion user-centric design and decision-making across data and analytics products
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in data, analytics, or AI domains
* Experience operating in complex, cross-functional organizations, with the ability to navigate matrixed environments and align diverse stakeholder groups
* Proven experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and modern data architectures
* Experience with Agile delivery practices and PI planning
* Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into product strategy and delivery
* Strong understanding of reporting tools, data visualization, and analytics platforms
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in healthcare or health insurance domains
* Exposure to underwriting and actuarial functions, especially those supporting pricing, rating, and quoting activities
* Experience with Azure Synapse, Databricks, Power BI, or similar tools
* Exposure to AI/ML use cases in regulated industries
* Background in actuarial, underwriting, or business operations analytics

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
