Acting as a key partner to both business and technology teams, the Salesforce Administrator drives platform enhancements and oversees the full administrative and release lifecycle with independence, initiative, and strategic foresight.

  • Provide Strategic Guidance: serve as a trusted advisor on system architecture, data modeling, and feature implementation. Offer insights that support the long-term scalability, performance, and health of the Salesforce platform
  • Ensure Platform Security: take full ownership of the security model, including the design and maintenance of profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data access policies to ensure a secure and compliance environment
  • Lead Release Readiness: monitor Salesforce seasonal releases, assess the impact of upcoming changes, and prepare both the platform and internal teams to adopt new features and capabilities effectively
  • Design Engaging User Experiences: build and maintain customer-facing portals and internal sites using Salesforce Experience Cloud, ensuring intuitive and impactful user experiences
  • Drive Operational Excellence: perform core administrative functions such as user management, data integrity, and the creation of advanced reports, dashboards, and complex automations using Salesforce Flow to address business needs
  • Collaborate Across Teams: partner with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements, translate them into effective technical solutions, and manage projects through testing and deployment
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required
  • Additional certifications are highly preferred (e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Master of Deployment Processes deep expertise with deployment tools and release management, include Change Sets, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CLI deployments
  • Expertise in Experience Cloud proven, hands-on experience designing, configuring, and managing Salesforce Community/Experience Cloud sites
  • Security & Data Modeling Expert- extensive experience designing and implementing complex security models and advising on data architecture
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Flow for complex process automation
  • Experience with Health Cloud, Marking Cloud, or Einstein is highly preferred
  • Other requirements:
    • Ownership mindset
    • Self-motivated & accountable
    • Team-oriented & collaborative
    • Excellent communicator
    • Prepared & proactive
