Job Title: Project Manager - Node Splits / Mid-Splits
Location: Dover, NJ (New York/NJ Region)
Pay Range: $40 - $50/hour

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead regional Node Split and Mid-Split construction projects. This role requires hands-on field coordination, vendor oversight, and project tracking using SiteTracker. The ideal candidate will bring deep telecom construction knowledge and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end construction activities for Node Split and Mid-Split initiatives
  • Supervise vendors and subcontractors; conduct regular on-site inspections
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation in SiteTracker
  • Collaborate with internal teams across engineering, permitting, and operations
  • Provide regular updates on milestones, risks, and progress to leadership
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to maintain project momentum

Qualifications:

Required:
  • 8-10 years of project management and field coordination experience in telecom or construction
  • Proven expertise in Node Split / Mid-Split projects
  • Proficiency with SiteTracker or similar project management platforms
  • Experience managing multiple vendors and concurrent projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • OSHA 30 or other relevant safety certifications
  • Experience with fiber network builds or infrastructure upgrades
  • Familiarity with permitting and regulatory compliance
  • Working knowledge of GIS tools, AutoCAD, or document control systems

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
