Position Summary

We have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Program Manager responsible for translating corporate strategy into operational excellence across multiple programs and locations. This M3-level leader drives large-scale transformation, influences enterprise-level decision-making, and ensures that operations not only deliver on KPIs but also enable sustainable growth. The Senior Manager provides visionary leadership, develops managers, and forges strong cross-functional partnerships to position JDA TSG as a trusted strategic partner for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Impact

  • Own operational strategy and execution to meet client and corporate objectives to drive program.
  • Shape long-term business plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and workforce strategy.
  • Influence enterprise decisions on technology investments, organizational design, and resource allocation.

Operational Excellence & Transformation

  • Oversee performance of program (~230 employees), ensuring service-level agreements, quality metrics, and financial targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.
  • Lead large-scale process improvements and change management initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction.
  • Anticipate market and client trends, proactively aligning operational capabilities with future needs.
  • Executive-Level Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for client, building trusted partnership and representing JDA TSG at the executive level.
  • Lead high-stakes client reviews and escalations, demonstrating strategic insight and solutions-oriented thinking.
  • Partner closely with HR, Recruiting, IT to ensure cross-functional alignment on program goals.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop M2-level managers, cultivating a pipeline of high-performing operational leaders.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement across team
  • Champion employee engagement, retention, and professional development initiatives that strengthen organizational culture.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 8-10+ years in operations, program management, or business process outsourcing, with 5+ years in multi-level people leadership. Experience leading 100+ employees across multiple remote locations.

Skills:

  • Exceptional strategic planning and operational execution abilities.
  • Proven record of driving process improvements and large-scale transformations.
  • Executive presence with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
  • Adept at influencing senior leaders and clients in complex environments.

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Operations, or related field required; Master s or MBA strongly preferred.

Preferred:

  • Experience scaling operations in high-growth or rapidly evolving markets.
