IT Project Manager- C2H

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and a solid understanding of IT systems and processes. Experience or familiarity with SAP environments is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk management documentation.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
Communicate project status and milestones to stakeholders and leadership regularly.
Manage project changes, issues, and risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate project meetings, conduct status reviews, and produce detailed documentation.
Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience managing IT projects or managing SAP projects.
Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent).
