Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Enterprise Business Analyst with strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca Test Automation. The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test cases for tax and vehicle registration systems. The ideal candidate must be Tosca-certified, capable of working independently, and comfortable mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Tosca test automation.

  • Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist Level 1 or 2 certification (must be submitted with resume).

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and developers.

  • Knowledge of tax systems or tax-related domains is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Test Development & Execution:
    Create, maintain, and execute model-based and data-driven test cases using Tosca for systems related to tax filing and vehicle registration. Ensure alignment with evolving business requirements.

  • Defect Management & Reporting:
    Collaborate with development and business teams to identify defects. Document steps to reproduce, severity, and impact with relevant artifacts (screenshots/logs), and validate defect resolutions using Tosca.

  • Regression Testing & Release Support:
    Perform regression testing and service pack testing to ensure system functionality is not disrupted by updates or enhancements.

  • Compliance & Security:
    Maintain strict adherence to state-level IT security and privacy standards, especially when dealing with sensitive personal data.

  • Mentorship & Documentation:
    Provide guidance to junior team members on Tosca best practices. Manage test data and maintain thorough testing documentation.

Additional Notes:

  • Candidates must be local to the Metro Atlanta area.

  • A Tax Clearance Letter is required at the time of submission.

  • All selected candidates will undergo state background checks including fingerprinting.

  • Candidates must have no felony convictions and be in good standing with state tax obligations.
