Profisee Administrator Platform Support
Location: Atlanta, GA- Onsite
Contract
C2C /W2
- Administer and maintain Profisee Master Data Management (MDM) platform across development, test, and production environments.
- Perform server maintenance, OS patching, and Profisee application upgrades to ensure platform stability and compliance.
- Deploy and configure Profisee services, including integration with databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Monitor platform health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive fixes for high availability.
- Manage security and access controls, including integration with Active Directory/SSO and certificate management.
- Automate operational tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Python) and configuration management tools for deployments and patching.
- Handle incident and change management: root cause analysis, documentation, and on-call support for production systems.
- Collaborate with data governance, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Maintain detailed documentation and runbooks for deployments, upgrades, and operational procedures.
