Job Details

Job Title: BSA/ Scrum Master
Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite)
Type: Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled and articulate BSA/ Scrum Master to lead projects, drive Agile delivery, and ensure alignment with business goals. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of Agile principles and project management best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar Agile leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
  • Excellent vocal and interpersonal communication skills for effective team and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and guide teams toward successful delivery.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-team projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Facilitate all core Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.).
  • Coach and mentor team members on Scrum practices, Agile values, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure projects align with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Manage project scope, risks, and dependencies while ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient execution.
  • Utilize tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project for planning and tracking.
