What You ll Do
Seeking an experienced Workday Analyst to support our HR, Payroll and Finance teams. This position will report to our IT Workday Support team and collaborate with business partners and IT development teams. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Workday, a strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits and Finance processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support HR, Payroll and Finance teams by managing Workday across multiple modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management, Finance (Accounts Payable) and Reporting.
Design, configure, test, and implement Workday improvements and business process changes
Create and maintain calculated fields, condition rules, and custom reports.
Coordinate new Workday releases, including regression testing, education and stakeholder communication.
Ensure data integrity and address data issues timely and effectively.
Establish audit processes as needed.
Develop complex Workday reports using Workday Report Writer.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
Capabilities & Skills Required:
Bachelor s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 5+ years of related work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday HCM and other modules.
Proficiency in Workday business process configuration, complex calculated fields, data structure, BP security, EIBs, and data auditing.
Advanced Workday Report Writing experience.
Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, learning agility and decision-making abilities
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently and timely.
Experience working in ticking/case management systems.
Mid-level Microsoft Office skills
