Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (CLM) with strong hands-on experience in Conga Apttus to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving CLM initiatives, optimizing contract management processes, and collaborating closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT for CLM initiatives.
Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to define and document business requirements, use cases, and process flows.
Design and support Conga Apttus CLM solutions including configuration, integration, and optimization.
Collaborate with Salesforce, CPQ, and ERP teams to ensure seamless system integration and data consistency.
Analyze existing contract processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Develop and execute test plans, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure successful implementation.
Provide training and end-user support for new CLM functionalities.
Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and IT best practices.

Required Qualifications

8 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related role.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
Deep expertise in Conga Apttus modules, configurations, data models, and integration points.
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes (drafting, approvals, negotiations, e-signature, renewals, obligations management).
Solid knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and how CLM integrates with CRM, CPQ, and ERP systems.
Proven experience translating complex business needs into clear technical documentation and actionable requirements.
Experience leading UAT, developing test cases, and supporting deployment activities.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in large enterprise environments or technology-driven organizations.
Salesforce certification or CLM-related certifications are a plus.
