Location: 100% remote

Interview: 3 rounds

 

AI Developer:

- All qualities of Fullstack Developer (Python based) 

- Working experience with LLMs (Azure OpenAI (this is what they use), OpenAI or HuggingFace)

- Working experience with agentic frameworks like CrewAI, Langchain or Langgraph

- Experience with agentic telemetry tools like AgentOp or Langsmith

-Has experience with Chatgpt

-Must have strong programming Python (will have to complete Leet code in the interview)

-Experience with Microsoft tools/stack

 

Looking for someone with a Python Development background, not Data Scientist.

 

Job Description:

AI Developer

 

We are seeking a mid-to-senior level AI Developer to join a dynamic, fully remote team focused on building cutting-edge AI-driven applications. This role requires all the capabilities of a Python-based Fullstack Developer, plus deep, hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) particularly Azure OpenAI (preferred), OpenAI, or HuggingFace. The ideal candidate will also bring working knowledge of agentic frameworks such as Langchain, CrewAI, or Langgraph, and experience with agentic telemetry tools like AgentOp or Langsmith to monitor and enhance AI performance.

 

A strong background in ChatGPT, excellent programming skills, and familiarity with the Microsoft tech stack are essential. This person should be comfortable working independently, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have a strong attention to detail when building intelligent, scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain AI-driven applications using Python and relevant frameworks
  • Implement and optimize LLMs to enhance application capabilities
  • Integrate and utilize agentic frameworks to support AI functionalities
  • Monitor and analyze AI performance using telemetry tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions

Key Technical Skills:

  • Fullstack Development (Python-based)
  • Experience with LLMs such as Azure OpenAI (preferred), OpenAI, or HuggingFace
  • Working knowledge of ChatGPT and similar conversational AI tools
  • Proficiency with agentic frameworks (Langchain, CrewAI, Langgraph)
  • Familiarity with telemetry tools (AgentOp, Langsmith)
  • Strong programming skills and experience with Microsoft tools/stack
