IS-U SAP SAC Architect

This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions specifically for financial modeling, planning, and consolidation processes within an organization. The successful candidate will play a critical role in transforming the finance function by leveraging SAC's capabilities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and strategic decision-making.

• Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement financial planning solutions in SAC aligned with business needs. This includes translating complex requirements into technical designs, configuring SAC for budgeting, planning, and consolidation, and implementing advanced planning models with calculations and predictive forecasting. The role also involves leading analytics initiatives, including financial planning and consolidation solutions within SAC, alongside technologies like SAP BW4/HANA, Native HANA, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, and BTP.
• Data Integration and Management: Integrate various data sources (SAP and non-SAP) into SAC for seamless financial planning and consolidation. This involves developing data models for analysis and forecasting, monitoring data loads between SAC and other systems, and ensuring data quality and security standards.
• Financial Modeling and Analytics: Create complex financial plans for business planning and investment analysis. Develop future financial performance projections, optimize planning models and data actions in SAC, and design scalable solutions for scenario analysis. The role also involves advocating for advanced analytics, AI/ML, and predictive modeling within SAC for financial planning.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders as a technical advisor and work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations. This position may involve leading project teams, mentoring junior team members, and conducting training sessions on SAC functionalities.
• Optimization and Support: Optimize SAC applications for performance and provide support for SAC Planning solutions, including troubleshooting. The role requires identifying process improvements and system enhancements and staying updated on SAP developments to ensure solutions are current and effective.
