Must-Have Experience

  • Hands-on EPIC TDR experience in a healthcare setting
  • IT support experience in healthcare environments
  • Proven background in IT deployment and desktop support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and Windows 10 proficiency
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities

About the Role

As a TDR Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting a major healthcare IT transition. This position involves executing EPIC Go-Live activities, managing inventory, and performing technical readiness testing across multiple clinical sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute all phases of an EPIC Go-Live: inventory, deployment, TDR, and support
  • Capture current-state inventory and support future-state configurations
  • Perform TDR test scripts across hospital and clinic locations
  • Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to ensure seamless transitions
  • Work onsite at Milford locations as needed

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with IT asset inventory tools and processes
  • Proficiency in Excel and floor plan mapping tools
  • Familiarity with Epic EMR systems and hardware configurations
  • Ability to interpret technical style guides
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
