Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

Must-Have Experience

- IT support experience in healthcare environments
- Proven background in IT deployment and desktop support
- Strong troubleshooting skills and Windows 10 proficiency
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
About the Role
As a TDR Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting a major healthcare IT transition. This position involves executing EPIC Go-Live activities, managing inventory, and performing technical readiness testing across multiple clinical sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute all phases of an EPIC Go-Live: inventory, deployment, TDR, and support
- Capture current-state inventory and support future-state configurations
- Perform TDR test scripts across hospital and clinic locations
- Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to ensure seamless transitions
- Work onsite at Milford locations as needed
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with IT asset inventory tools and processes
- Proficiency in Excel and floor plan mapping tools
- Familiarity with Epic EMR systems and hardware configurations
- Ability to interpret technical style guides
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
