Role Summary:
The Pharma Engagement Manager leads and navigates client projects from initiation to completion, overseeing the integration of data-driven insights throughout the project lifecycle. This role hinges on fostering robust client relationships, analyzing complex data, and steering project success. The ideal candidate seamlessly interfaces with both customers and internal stakeholders, possesses a keen analytical mindset, and excels in orchestrating projects to fruition. This individual instills trust among high-level executives, deciphers intricate analytics for practical application, and partners with interdisciplinary teams, including external vendors, to realize quantifiable business gains.

Essential Experience Parameters:
A work history spanning 7-10 years, with a bias towards roles in pharma or healthcare advertising, data analytics, or market intelligence
In-depth understanding of multifaceted campaign oversight and enhancement, especially regarding paid search, paid social media, programmatic advertising, point of care interactions, search engine optimization, and television broadcasting
An investigative nature with a zest for in-depth learning and exploration
A flexible and cooperative approach, coupled with an aptitude for prioritizing tasks and making swift, definitive choices
Proven aptitude in converting strategic marketing visions into practical, channel-specific implementation blueprints
Adeptness in devising performance evaluation frameworks to foster a culture of experimentation and revision; proficient in dissecting data to guide marketing tactics and campaign refinements
Extensive expertise in digital marketing within the pharmaceutical context, with insights into how digital strategies play out in medical spheres as well as non-industry settings.

Desirable Professional Acumen:
A history of involvement in Agile/Scrum project workflows
Knowledgeable about Anonymized Patient Level Data (APLD) or Healthcare Provider (HCP) promotional analytics
Proficient understanding of distinct media consumption metrics, covering channels such as digital, search, print, streaming services, or traditional TV
Experience with data visualization tools, for example, Tableau, Data Studio, or Looker Studio.
