Looking for 4+ years experience as a project manager interacting with SW Engineering teams.

-Insurance industry or call center/claims experience would be nice to have

Plans, coordinates and actively manages the technical delivery plans of technical solutions across a portfolio of teams supporting technical and data platforms. Manages the end-to-end plan that is inclusive of all the changes needed for given technical platforms in support of initiative outcomes.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Product maintains delivery plans for Delivery Program
  • Support initiation of new work dependent on Delivery Program
  • Participate in meetings related to agile readiness & execution for Delivery Program (work decomp, grooming, PI & capacity Planning)
  • Solve for & report on risks, issues and dependencies associated with backlog health
  • Monitor health of in-flight work, solving for & reporting on risks, issues and dependencies
  • Monitor agile delivery health (e.g., burndown, velocity, planned v completed)
  • Facilitate meetings to align Product, Eng, and Design Leads within a Delivery Program (stand up, status) and other stakeholders on roadmaps & release readiness (Other Eng/Data Programs, Change & Adoption)
  • Accountable for project management of a larger initiative/project with medium complexity.
  • Accountable for defining and managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality, including the monitoring of day-to-day progress, execution, management and closure within the approved scope, schedule and cost.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques that are compliant with Company approved methodologies & tool sets to help with the successful completion of short and long-term goals.?

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience


  • Minimum 3 years experience working with digital and data platforms in a delivery setting.
  • Two or more years of project management experience in technology and/or business functions. Experience with project management methodologies or SDLC (systems development life cycle)?
  • Experience with project management methodologies & SDLC. Working knowledge of project management / agile tooling
  • Understands how software is developed, tested and implemented as well as technical concepts.?
  • Ability to work closely with engineers, product managers and business leaders.
  • Experience managing large scale, cross-functional initiatives using a variety of delivery methodologies (i.e. waterfall, agile, lean, scrum, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to dig into details, learn, ask questions and become the "go to expert" on certain concepts and topics.
  • Leads projects with notable risk and complexity; develops the strategy for project execution
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
  • Impacts the direction and resource allocation for program, project or services; works within general department policies and industry guidelines?
  • Explains information, conveys performance expectations and handles sensitive issues
