Senior Azure Engineer

Requirements:

• 5 or more years of experience in Microsoft Azure cloud design, architecture, and infrastructure support

• Proficiency in Terraform for deploying and managing Infrastructure as Code

• Experience with Azure Site Recovery and disaster recovery planning

• Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell and Python for infrastructure automation

• Experience with identity and access solutions such as Active Directory, Azure AD, and OKTA

• Experience working with Windows Server, Linux, and container platforms like AKS

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable, secure cloud infrastructure within Microsoft Azure

• Automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform and DevOps methodologies

• Configure and maintain virtual machines, networking components, and core Azure services

• Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies using Azure Site Recovery

• Provide L2/L3 support and guidance to junior team members

• Implement monitoring, logging, and operational practices to ensure system reliability and performance

• Document architectural standards, system configurations, and support procedures in Confluence and Jira
