Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong expertise in designing scalable, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Salesforce architecture, including Data Cloud, and a conceptual understanding of Agentforce. While Agentforce is a relatively new technology, a strong foundational understanding is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end architecture design and solutioning for Salesforce implementations, with a focus on Data Cloud and Agentforce.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to design solutions that align with business goals.
  • Guide development teams by reviewing designs, ensuring architectural best practices, and translating functional requirements into technical designs.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and solution demos.
  • Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on Salesforce roadmap, integrations, and future enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 15 18 years of overall IT experience with a strong background in Salesforce solution architecture.
  • Proven experience leading real-time Salesforce projects as a Solution Architect.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and conceptual familiarity with Agentforce.
  • Ability to review, understand, and explain code (coding not required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in pre-sales and client engagement processes is required.

Nice to Have:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect).
  • Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations involving multiple clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing, Data).
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and middleware in the Salesforce ecosystem.
