Job Details
Role: SAP HRIS Project Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: Long Term
Job Description:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of Project Management experience in SAP HRIS implementations, with a focus on SuccessFactors modules.
- Experience managing HRIS projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and monitor progress against established milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project outcomes, implementing proactive solutions to ensure project success.
- Regularly communicate project status, updates, and key metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Recruitment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Experience working in Automobile/Vehicle Manufacturing is a plus.
