Description

Position Overview:

As an Incident Manager, you will be an integral part of our Production Support team, responsible for efficiently managing incidents according to established SLA guidelines. You will collaborate closely with various operations teams to swiftly address and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, triage, and resolve incidents within SLA guidelines.
  • Document root-cause analysis for high severity incidents and deliver reports to respective Product owners.
  • Interface with operations teams to expedite incident resolutions.
  • Work in a 24/7 operations environment, including weekends and holidays on an on-call basis.


Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tech industry or relevant work experience in Customer Service, Incident, and Problem Management functions.
