Job Title: Product Owner - Adobe Target
Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite/ Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ months with possible extension
Roles & Responsibilities:
Architect, configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to build multi-channel campaigns.
Assess and audit the current platform configuration and accelerate remediation plans.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and iterate to improve ROI.
Prepare and implement detailed project plans including tasks, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and task owners.
Accelerate implementation and maximize ROI from Adobe Target.
Lead scrum teams to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities; communicate with stakeholders throughout the project.
Collaborate with product managers and business teams to maintain product backlog based on business value or ROI.
Stay current with agile project management trends and best practices.
Skills & Experience:
Advanced knowledge of experience personalization, optimization, and A/B testing using Adobe Target across multiple channels.
Strong experience in developing user interfaces for large multinational corporations.
Solid understanding of digital marketing and data reporting.
Proficiency in HTML and CSS; intermediate JavaScript skills.
Passion for digital innovation and solving business challenges through technology.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and identify their potential applications.
Self-motivated, professional, and committed to customer success.
Innovative, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies.
Ability to assess business value of features and functions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
