Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Data Management Analyst for a W2 contract opportunity with one of our largest clients!

Candidates should be willing to work on our W2 ONLY, NO C2C

Job Title: Data Management Analyst (Market Risk/Financial Risk)

Role Type: W2 only

Duration: 12 months

Locations: Charlotte, NC

Job Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may:


  • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management.
  • Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Skills and Level of Experience:


  • Solid technical skills in SQL and Java.
  • Previous experience in Market risk, counterparty risk, or financial risk within the banking system.
  • Advanced SQL query writing 2 - 4 Years
  • Development Language (Java/ C#) 1 - 2 Years
  • Security and Risk Management 1 - 2 Years

Additional Skills:

Ability to read various technical languages. experiences in market, counterpart, or financial risk.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
