Role Overview

As a Risk Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and quality completion of all control testing requirements in accordance with organizational guidelines. You will aid in risk and control self-assessments, participate in risk identification and analysis, and assist in the development and execution of enterprise risk management programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and quality completion of control testing requirements.
• Assist in risk and control self-assessments.
• Identify and analyze risks.
• Support the development and execution of enterprise risk management programs.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance proactive risk management initiatives.
• Assist business and technology teams in understanding processes and controls.
• Partner with technology Segment Risk Managers to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support risk partners/business segments in timely remediation of issues.
• Provide support for policy, controls, and process documentation.
• Maintain internal team processes as needed.
• Contribute to a continuous improvement culture by applying critical thinking skills.
• Foster a risk-awareness culture.

Minimum Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of risk-based experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent transferable experience.
• Business and technology aptitude with a willingness to learn key processes in technology, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with high attention to detail in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate on projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with Technical Writing.
• Technical or Cybersecurity Experience.
