Description

We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to provide technical support while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and working with Windows 10 and 11 environments.

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to incoming help desk tickets and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Provide troubleshooting support for Windows 10/11 operating systems and related software.
Assist users with hardware and software configurations, ensuring seamless functionality.
Maintain accurate records of support activities within the ticketing system.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing user concerns and providing clear solutions.
Collaborate with team members to implement system updates and configurations.
Support the deployment and maintenance of computer hardware and peripherals.
Manage Active Directory accounts, including configuration and troubleshooting.
Offer guidance on the use of Apple and Android devices in the workplace.
Ensure compliance with company standards for technology and user support.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and technical support roles.
Proficiency in using ticketing systems to track and resolve issues.
Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with Windows 10 and 11.
Familiarity with computer hardware, configuration management, and deployments.
Knowledge of Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
Ability to support Apple devices, Android devices, and Mac computers.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Certifications or a college degree in Computer Science are a plus.
