Overview


The Senior Process Analyst supports process documentation, redesign, and optimization across technical and business teams.


Responsibilities




  • Map current and future-state processes




  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities




  • Document workflows, requirements, and operational procedures




  • Facilitate workshops with SMEs and stakeholders




  • Support Agile teams with process insights




Qualifications




  • 5+ years of process or business analysis experience




  • Strong skills in workflow documentation using Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro




  • Experience capturing requirements and translating them into actionable tasks




  • Ability to evaluate operational challenges and propose improvements




  • Strong communication and facilitation skills




Desired




  • PCBA helpful




  • Financial services experience
