About the Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer to join us.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Testing DLP Solution in DEV
- Implementation in Prod
- Gate reviews
- Compilation of Knowledge Base Articles
- Working with Service Desk to ensure support scripts are updated
- Working with CDOS and OICOS to ensure policies, monitoring and alerts are captured in the design
- Working with communications team to ensure user communications meets technical merits
- Leading transition from Implementation to O&M
- Dev to Prod testing needs:
- Regex pattern building
- Policy prioritization experience
- Troubleshooting message flow
- On-going O&M support of the Purview DLP rules
- Managing updates
- Reviewing configuration
- Updating configuration to meet any changing policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience:
- 6 to 10 years work experience
- Microsoft Azure Certification
- 365 Engineer and Architect experience
- Deep EXOL Hybrid experience
- on Premises Exchange abilities are important
- DLP
- Teams all
- PSTN voice and Oracle SBC experience is a plus
- SharePoint infrastructure
- OneDrive
- Azure AD/Entra Connect sync
- Escalated and VIP tickets
- Purview
- 365 Mail Quarantine
- IRM
