Our clien, is seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst to support a major transformation program migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
This position will play a key role in facilitating workshops and documenting current ("As-Is") business processes across multiple functional areas - ensuring that the client has a clear and validated picture of existing workflows before defining future-state design.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain standard templates and mapping conventions to ensure consistency of process documentation across the program.
Collaborate with other Business Analysts to align documentation and share best practices across functional areas.
Perform gap and opportunity analysis between As-Is and To-Be states to support future migration readiness.
Assist the Program Manager in coordinating cross-functional workshops and integrating findings into the broader S/4HANA roadmap.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices tied to process documentation.
Work closely with third-party vendors and client stakeholders to ensure full alignment between documented processes and implementation activities.
Contribute to change management and communication efforts by translating process findings into clear, actionable visuals and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience coordinating process documentation across multiple workstreams and ensuring consistency in templates and standards.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration projects (ECC ? S/4) strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable facilitating sessions across business and IT.
Experience in public sector, healthcare, or regulated environments is an asset.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

- Facilitate As-Is business process workshops with functional leads and subject matter experts across Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Human Capital Management, and Facilities.
- Document current-state ("As-Is") end-to-end processes in detail, including:
- Process steps and workflow dependencies
- Roles and responsibilities (including headcount per role)
- Systems and data interactions
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years as a Business Analyst supporting large, complex enterprise transformation projects (SAP preferred).
- Proven success in facilitating workshops and documenting current ("As-Is") business processes - not only requirements gathering or future-state design.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Visio, SAP Signavio, or ARIS for process mapping.
- Demonstrated experience working across at least two or more of the following areas:
- Supply Chain
- Procurement
- Finance
- Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Facilities / Real Estate / Asset Management
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a unionized or regulated environment.
- Exposure to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), HP ALM, or Solution Manager.
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba, Fieldglass, or MDG integration points.
- Understanding of process governance or business architecture frameworks.
