I'm working with a Consumer SaaS startup that is looking to add an Engineering Leader to help run their teams. They are looking for someone who is interested in hands on coding as well as someone with experience managing a team of 8 developers. They have a variety of applications that are custom developed in-house, and others integrate with SaaS products of their clients. They have a flexible hybrid model for their office in Chicago.
If you are interested in working in a small start-up and comfortable wearing multiple hats this the role for you! You will managing an inhouse and offshore team of .Net Developers as well as helping with the architecture of the platforms.

Required Skills & Experience
- Advance skill with hands on coding in .Net and C# programming
- Experience contributing to Architecture and design of new and existing software
- Experience or Familiarity in MVC, Web APIs, Entity Framework and MS SQL
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Experience managing a team of up to 8 software developers
- Familiarity with writing databases and handling concurrency or scaling issues
- Experience hiring software developers
