Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Testing Specialist to ensure the delivery of high-quality software applications. This role involves developing and executing formal test plans, writing and automating test cases, and performing quality audits to ensure adherence to established standards.

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Testing Specialist to ensure the delivery of high-quality software applications. This role involves developing and executing formal test plans, writing and automating test cases, and performing quality audits to ensure adherence to established standards.
Responsibilities
- Establish milestones and monitor adherence to plans and schedules, identify delivery risks, and drive mitigation strategies and solutions.
- Develop and execute test cases and use cases using Python scripting for JAVA middleware development.
- Conduct testing using REST, JSON, Jenkins, Splunk, and Swagger.
- Define and execute relevant business scenarios to satisfy real-world business needs.
- Track quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results, and test status.
- Collect and analyze data for software process evaluation and improvements, integrating them into business processes.
- Document all problems and assist in their resolution.
- Deliver quality process training to technical staff and act as an internal quality consultant.
- Perform quality audits across various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures, and methodologies are being followed.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- 8 years of overall QA testing experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of hand-coded Python scripting experience.
- Experience with automated testing and QA testing in JAVA.
- 5 years of Windows software QA and testing experience in an agile environment using the scrum framework.
- Experience with test case management tools such as TestRail.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like C# and Python.
- Experience with API testing.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple concurrent projects with high standards of quality.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly shift priorities and adapt to change.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with media planning and buying workflows and software systems.
- Ability to function well within a team, collaborating with POs, BAs, developers, and other team members.
