Temporary Sourcing Specialist/Analyst
Job Details
Requirements:
-
3 or more years of experience in category management and sourcing analysis.

Proficiency in Oracle, SAP, or Ariba procurement software and ERP modules.

Experience in managing paper category sourcing and complex supplier contracts.

Experience with New Product Development sourcing and technical transfers.
-
Experience in Microsoft Excel for financial benchmarking and data analysis.
-
Experience with Approved Supplier Lists and Blanket Purchase Agreements.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
-
Manage the global paper category including supplier relations and cost-saving initiatives.

Execute technical contract negotiations for pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.

Maintain Approved Supplier Lists and Blanket Purchase Agreements within the ERP system.

Coordinate New Product Development activities and technical transfers for various franchises.

Conduct market research to benchmark contracts and identify sourcing efficiencies.

Monitor supplier performance metrics and track project deliverables via regular meetings.

Generate detailed reports on procurement activities and supply chain cost savings.
