We have an active contract requirement for a Sr. Software Engineer (AI/ML) with our client Tech Mahindra (TechM). Please review the details below and share suitable profiles.

Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer (AI/ML Engineer)
Location: Research Triangle Park (RTP), North Carolina
Work Mode: Onsite (No Remote)
Job Type: Contract / Sub-Contract
Experience: 12-18 Years

Duration: Long Term
Working Hours: 40 Hours/Week (09:00 AM – 05:00 PM) - Timesheet Cycle: Weekly

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong Python scripting experience and hands-on expertise in LangChain and LangGraph. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and experience with A2A integrations and microservices architecture to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models using Python

  • Build and optimize AI solutions using LangChain and LangGraph

  • Deploy and manage AI/ML workloads on Google Cloud Platform

  • Perform data analysis and preprocessing for model accuracy

  • Implement A2A integrations and microservices architecture (MCP)

  • Monitor, evaluate, and enhance model performance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Document models, workflows, and best practices

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Python scripting

  • Hands-on experience with LangChain & LangGraph

  • Good understanding of Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)

  • Experience with A2A integrations

  • Knowledge of microservices architecture (MCP)

Preferred Skills:

  • ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

  • Docker, Kubernetes

  • Data visualization tools

  • Agile/Scrum experience
