Job Details

An industry leader in digital print-on-demand is seeking a Junior Programmer to support and maintain product-based software solutions that streamline client data and file submissions. Your work will help drive print production, fulfillment, inventory management, compliance reporting, and invoicing, directly impacting efficiency, scale, and profitability across the organization.

This role provides an opportunity to grow under the guidance of Senior Developers and Technical Account Managers, contributing to Windows- and web-based solutions that integrate with a variety of systems and devices, including barcode scanners, weigh scales, printing presses, shipping platforms, inventory systems, and enterprise accounting tools.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Solid foundation in object-oriented design, data structures, and multithreaded programming
  • Familiarity with MS .NET (C#) and Windows server environments
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server: relational database design, development, and support
  • Knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Understanding of RAD, Agile, or similar methodologies
  • Strong troubleshooting, performance analysis, and debugging skills

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Familiarity with data modeling and database consistency models
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Microsoft certifications for related technologies are a plus
  • Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus
