Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Business Analyst with leadership experience and a strong background in managing security programs. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical security teams, ensuring vulnerabilities are identified, tracked, and remediated. This role requires expertise in risk management, compliance, security operations, and excellent communication skills to clearly articulate requirements and processes. Exposure to vulnerability management tools is highly desirable.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Security Program Analyst in cybersecurity.
  • Experience with vulnerability management tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7).
  • Understanding of application security (AppSec) and product security concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of risk and compliance management processes.
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exposure to security governance and operations is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with security and IT teams to review, track, and prioritize vulnerabilities.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze vulnerability data and reports.
  • Support remediation efforts and help teams prioritize security issues.
  • Document requirements, workflows, and processes for security programs.
  • Recommend improvements to vulnerability and risk tracking workflows.
  • Create dashboards or reports to visualize progress, trends, and risks.
  • Communicate updates, risks, and insights to both technical and business stakeholders.
