Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Project Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex technology and business projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across multiple functional teams.

  • Define project scope, goals, milestones, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.

  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams development, testing, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Establish and maintain governance processes, including status reporting, issue management, and escalation handling.

  • Oversee project documentation including project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and change requests.

  • Conduct project review meetings, track progress, and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.

  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and partners.

  • Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement and delivery optimization.

  • Ensure all deliverables comply with quality standards, security guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

  • Support post-implementation reviews and knowledge transfer.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in project or program management with strong delivery ownership.

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end IT or digital transformation projects.

  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies (SAFe Agile experience is a plus).

  • Proficient with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional global teams.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

  • PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM / ITIL certification preferred.
