Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Project Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex technology and business projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across multiple functional teams.
Define project scope, goals, milestones, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams development, testing, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
Establish and maintain governance processes, including status reporting, issue management, and escalation handling.
Oversee project documentation including project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and change requests.
Conduct project review meetings, track progress, and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement and delivery optimization.
Ensure all deliverables comply with quality standards, security guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Support post-implementation reviews and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in project or program management with strong delivery ownership.
Proven experience managing end-to-end IT or digital transformation projects.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies (SAFe Agile experience is a plus).
Proficient with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional global teams.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM / ITIL certification preferred.
