Title: Android Developer (Consumer Mobile App) - W2

Location: Dallas, TX-Onsite

Duration: 12 Months

What You ll Do

Design and build Android features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose

Deliver high-impact, customer-facing functionality in the consumer app

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams

Champion modern Android architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture)

Required Technical Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of professional Android development experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin
  • Strong experience using Jetpack Compose
  • Experience building consumer-facing Android apps used at scale (millions of users)
  • Ability to design and build Android features end-to-end
  • Solid understanding of modern Android architecture:
  • MVVM
  • Clean Architecture
  • Experience working on core app features such as:
  • Authentication
  • User profile management
  • Loyalty or rewards-related functionality (nice alignment)

Collaboration & Work Style Requirements

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with:
  • Product Managers
  • Designers
  • Backend Engineers
  • QA teams
  • Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders and explaining technical concepts clearly
  • Able to articulate projects, features, and tools effectively
  • Actively engages with the team on a daily basis
