Job Details

The Systems Analyst/Tester will be involved in leading various projects within Client's business units centered on supporting the lifecycle of business process management. They will have regular interaction with senior leaders and managers on the status of projects, gaps, challenges and implementation plans for groups involved. The Systems Analyst/Tester will understand a complex international business, including multiple brands and stakeholders involved.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Prepare test cases and execute test cases to document pass/fail scenarios defining defect management process
  • Ensure proper SDLC testing methodologies are followed (unit testing, functional testing, user acceptance testing)
  • Understands e-Commerce, ERP and CRM capabilities and technical solutions across Client s business units.
  • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
  • Develop insightful dashboards and relevant KPIs for the business functions involved.
  • Strengthen cross functional processes and collaboration between the various business units by guiding team members on standard operating processes.
  • Author and update business process documentation for various Client business units.

May perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by manager.

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree Required, Masters Preferred
  • Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in large scale Software Development projects as a Business Systems Analyst and/or tester.
  • Strong analytical skills with process mapping and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to quickly understand software functionality of diverse nature, and translate into business requirements, test cases and plans to match business expectations.
  • Extensive hands-on experience documenting requirements, test cases and performing testing
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, stakeholder management, delegation and team motivation skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks/projects interdepartmentally and simultaneously
  • Working Knowledge of SDLC / PLC is required
  • Full Lifecycle ERP / CRM experience is required
  • Microsoft Azure DevOps experience is required
  • Microsoft D365 experience a plus
