We are looking for IT Program Director - Remote / Telecommute for our client in Chicago, IL

Job Description:
Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr
  • Provide program-level oversight for one to two IT Project Managers.
  • Manage large-scale Elevance IT projects and coordinate across multiple internal groups.
  • Deliver executive-level updates and status reports to stakeholders.
  • Oversee testing practices, including SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing, and manage the lead test group.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Proven ability to manage large and complex IT programs in healthcare or insurance domains.
  • Strong communication skills for executive reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Deep understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to navigate cross-functional teams and complex organizational structures.
Experience:
  • Familiarity with Healthy Innovations Platform (HIP), which handles the majority of Care Management work.
  • Experience with Healthy Returns System (HRS) is acceptable.
  • Experience interacting with Elevance systems such as the Clinical Data Platform data warehouse, Condition Identification and Stratification systems, Digital Enablement team, telephony systems, and Correspondence Center.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight for IT Project Managers.
  • Manage Elevance IT programs and ensure alignment with internal teams.
  • Deliver executive-level reports and maintain stakeholder communication.
  • Oversee SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing processes.
Should Have:
  • Familiarity with Elevance Care Management initiatives and associated systems.
Skills:
  • Strong program management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance practices.
  • Ability to work across large, complex organizational structures.
