Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom ABAP programs including reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICE components) in support of SAP implementations.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ABAP developments.
- Perform unit testing and support integration testing efforts.
- Ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.
- Document development work and provide technical support as needed.
- Work independently to manage tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Strong expertise in developing RICE components: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Enhancements.
- Experience working with SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, or others preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP development tools and environments (SAP GUI, Eclipse).
- Ability to work independently as a contractor with excellent time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience supporting SAP implementation projects.
