Job Details

Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA)
Location: Florida - Only Locals
Duration: Long Term
Experience: 10+ Years
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both manual and automated testing, a deep understanding of software development life cycles, and the ability to work closely with development, product, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for complex applications

  • Perform manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and backend systems

  • Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts

  • Validate functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and UAT testing

  • Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools

  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, processes, and best practices

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives

  • Support release management and production validation activities

  • Mentor junior QA team members and provide quality leadership

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing

  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies

  • Extensive experience in manual testing and test automation

  • Proficiency with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit)

  • Experience testing web services and APIs (REST, SOAP)

  • Solid understanding of database testing and SQL

  • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, ALM, TestRail, etc.)

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
