Position Summary:
As an IT Staffing Growth Partner Corporate Accounts, you will play a critical role in introducing our firm to new corporate clients by leveraging your experience and network. You ll act as a strategic connector and advisor opening doors, building relationships, and helping businesses meet their IT staffing needs.

This part-time role is designed for someone who brings seasoned industry insight and thrives in a consultative environment focused on relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Networking & Development: Leverage your existing relationships with CIOs, CTOs, HR leaders, and IT hiring managers to introduce our firm and initiate conversations.
- New Business Identification: Recognize and pursue opportunities where companies require contract or permanent IT staffing solutions.
- Consultative Engagement: Help assess client needs and recommend appropriate staffing solutions in collaboration with our internal team.
- Proposal Collaboration: Contribute to crafting client proposals and strategies based on industry understanding and past experience.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company professionally in networking events, industry forums, or client meetings remotely or in-person, as preferred.
- Strategic Advising: Share market insights and industry trends with leadership to support continuous improvement and innovation in our services.
Ideal Background & Qualifications:
- Professional Experience:
- 10+ years in IT staffing, sales, or client-facing roles within the staffing/recruitment industry
- Experience acquiring and managing corporate accounts
- Strong Network:
- Existing relationships with corporate decision-makers in IT or HR (especially within Central Ohio or surrounding markets)
- Communication:
- Confident communicator with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strategic Mindset:
- Able to think consultatively, suggest relevant solutions, and advise based on client needs
- Tech-Friendly:
- Familiarity with email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM tools
