Program Manager Operations

You will play a meaningful role within the Project Management Office (PMO) in supporting critical initiatives for Company Operations. You will drive change management, reduce portfolio risk, and develop tools and training for the Worldwide Business Process Engineering team.

Key Qualifications
  • A deep understanding of project, program, and portfolio management methodologies to the extent that you can manage an operating cadence to reduce portfolio risk.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) to drive change, roll out new capabilities, and train the team to adopt new technologies.
  • Deep understanding of business process analysis and automation to deliver efficiencies and reduce admin overhead.
  • Experience with product management methodologies to convert local templates and inefficient processes into global tools/apps and automated workflows.
  • Strong desire to make a difference and use creativity to inspire change.

Description
The PMO supports Global Business Process Reengineering teams, which are the project and business change management functions within Company Operations.

Our PMO has several key responsibilities:
  • Set project management standards and develop our Portfolio management platform to drive efficiency.
  • Facilitate strategic alignment to deliver our multi-year capabilities roadmap through continuous planning and optimization.
  • Driving organizational and people development for BPR teams.
  • Delivering internal comms and driving the mgmt system to keep BPR teams aligned.
  • Providing program management for vital cross-functional initiatives across Ops.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Improve tools and training on our knowledge management site (Illuminate) to ensure BPR teams follow consistent standards and deliver high quality results.
  • Review and optimize weekly portfolio reporting to identify and reduce risk.
  • Execute people-development programs, such as Lunch & Learns, Skills Development, and Onboarding to close training gaps and upskill the team.
  • Serve as a product and change manager to roll out new features on our PPM (Project Portfolio Management) platform, named Jazz.


Education & Experience
Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field required.
MBA or Master's degree preferred.

Pay Range: $71.42 - $60 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
