Job Title: Sr. Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant (Hybrid)
Location: Trenton, NJ

Position Summary:
We are seeking a senior-level Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant (not functional) with deep expertise in interfaces, reports, business requirement documentation, development, and testing. This is an excellent opportunity to join a new Oracle HCM implementation project.
The ideal candidate should be technically focused with a strong coding background and hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Note:
- Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote (non-negotiable).
- Local candidates preferred.
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a pre-screening Teams call.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years as a systems analyst/developer.
- 3+ years specifically supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, Retirement).
- Strong SQL skills required; Python is a plus.
- Experience working on multiple Oracle HCM implementations.
- Must have experience mentoring and training teams.
- Prior experience working with and managing implementation partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for interfaces, reports, conversions, and extensions.
- Design and document RICEW objects and create solution blueprints.
- Communicate Oracle HCM Cloud features to business teams and conduct technical training sessions.
- Hands-on with Oracle tools: OIC, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL, UCM, MFT.
- Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Build reports using OTBI and BIP.
- Customize Oracle HCM application pages and sandbox environments.
- Use and support middleware technologies and integration platforms.
- Provide support during all phases of the project lifecycle including go-live and post-go-live support.
- Lead on-premise to Oracle Fusion HCM conversion efforts.
- Handle data conversion using HDL and manage integrations with HCM base tables.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Adhere to development standards and lead testing and training efforts.
- Stay up to date with Oracle quarterly updates and assist in adoption of new features.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree required.
- 8+ years of hands-on techno-functional experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Experience with at least two full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
- Experience leading large-scale HR technology implementations and data migrations.
- 2 5 years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- 2 5 years of experience building OTBI and BIP reports.
- Familiarity with Redwood Pages, Oracle Graphical Language (OGL), and Recruitment Booster is a plus.
- Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud preferred.
- Prior experience with a consulting or SI (Systems Integrator) organization preferred.
- Experience with multiple HCM modules/applications is advantageous.
- Familiarity with quarterly update cycles and impact analysis.
