Apex Systems has partnered with a client in West Chester, PA to fill a Technical Project Manager position. Candidates MUST have enterprise ERP implementation experience.

Candidate Requirements:

• More seasoned PM but no specific length of time (5+ years)
• Working with project manager software: they are using Smartsheet
• Any ERP implementation experience
• Enterprise level tech implementation

What You'll Do:
This position will work with the Strategic Projects and Company Initiatives group and play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and closing projects, with a focus on an ERP implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and oversee all aspects of project delivery.
Primary Responsibilities:

• ERP Implementation: Partner with the ERP Program Manager to oversee the end-to-end implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and
  
• Scope Management: Define project scope and objectives, ensuring they are clearly understood by all stakeholders. Continuously monitor and manage scope changes, assessing their impact on project timelines and budgets.
  
• Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional service. Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project.
  

• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address challenges and keep projects on track.
  
• Communication: Work with the Change Management team to maintain open and effective communication channels with stakeholders by providing regular project status updates, progress reports, and performance metrics.
  
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, risk registers, and lessons learned. Ensure all project information is organized and accessible for future reference.
  

Work Experience
What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field; PMP or equivalent experience required
  
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically with ERP experience with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
  
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Infor.
  
• Proficiency in project management software and tools; MS Project experience a plus
  
• Exceptional organizational & time management skills
  
• Excellent leadership & team management skills
  
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and problem-solve across functions
