Summary:

We are seeking an EMC Design Engineer to support testing and validation of prototype consumer electronics. You will execute EMC test plans, review data, prepare reports, assist in equipment setup, perform calibrations, and troubleshoot issues alongside engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute EMC tests and debug issues
  • Prepare test reports and documentation
  • Assist in deploying and calibrating EMC lab equipment
  • Perform hardware rework (soldering, teardown, reassembly)
  • Coordinate with third-party calibration partners

Requirements:

  • Experience with EMC testing and standards (e.g., EN55022, IEC61000 series)
  • Familiarity with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, ESD guns, VNAs, etc.)
  • Ability to rework small components (as small as 01005)
  • Strong communication and reporting skills

Bonus: Experience at ISO 17025 accredited labs or with contract manufacturers
