Job Title: Part-Time Project Manager / Project Coordinator Media & AdSales

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Coordinator with a strong background in the Media and Entertainment (AdSales) domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing data engineering projects across onsite, nearshore, and offshore teams. This is a part-time (20 hours per week), fully remote role offering flexible working hours.
The selected professional will be responsible for driving coordination between multiple teams, ensuring project timelines are met, maintaining stakeholder visibility, and delivering excellence in reporting and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams across different geographies.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring for both onshore and offshore delivery models.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing clear project updates, timelines, and reports.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
- Drive progress through effective meeting management, action tracking, and issue escalation.
- Prepare and present management and status reports for senior leadership.
- Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, and MS Copilot for documentation, reporting, and tracking.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and recommend actionable solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination, preferably in Media & Entertainment (AdSales).
- Proven experience managing Data Engineering or Analytics projects across global teams.
- Strong leadership, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with JIRA, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Copilot.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
