THE WORK:
    • You'll serve as primary point of contact with the client, design builder, owner, and internal staff throughout the duration of the project.
    • You'll manage the work efforts of external organizations such as A/E firms, design builder, special inspectors and commissioning agents.
    • You'll strive to see that the project team designs, constructs and delivers projects consistent with the Owners objective of high quality, on time and within the established budget. Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects distinguishes themselves on providing proactive services that bring exceptional value (cost savings/ issue resolution/ etc.) to the project Owner on daily basis.
    • You'll provide overall administration of a program and/or project(s) and work collaboratively with all project team members, and report directly to the Director, and/or Managing Director.
    • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

    • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
    • 12+ years' experience in K-12 Construction Management
    • Hold a valid state driver's license
    • Bachelor's Degree in engineering (civil) or construction management, related degree or equivalent years of experience.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
    • Certified Construction Manager Certification preferred
    • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, PMWeb, MS Project or Primavera
