The Maintenance Engineering Manager leads the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and reliability of production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and technical expertise to drive operational efficiency, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field). Experience: 5+ years in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing setting.
Skills: Strong technical troubleshooting, project management, safety compliance, and software proficiency (EAM, MS Office, etc.).
Certifications: Valid passport or ability to obtain one within 3 months.

The Maintenance Engineering Manager leads the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and reliability of production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and technical expertise to drive operational efficiency, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Strategy: Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians, ensuring training, safety, and performance standards are met.
- Budget Oversight: Manage maintenance budgets, including forecasting for repairs, parts, and capital expenditures.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
- Collaboration: Partner with production, engineering, and facilities teams to align maintenance with operational goals.
- Inventory Management: Oversee spare parts inventory, procurement, and storage to support maintenance needs.
- Contractor Oversight: Manage external contractors to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA and other relevant safety and environmental regulations.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate technical training for the maintenance team.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records using systems like EAM, Oracle, and SharePoint.
- Supervisory Duties: Lead and motivate the team, manage performance, delegate tasks, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Promote a collaborative, safe, and ethical work environment.
