Job Details

Title: Security Architect for Identity and Access Management
Location: Remote with 25% travel to various locations
Alignment: W2
Description:

  • Oversee the full user lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Manage tasks such as creating user accounts, assigning roles and permissions, and handling access changes due to job transfers or terminations.
  • Define and manage user roles in the SAP system, ensuring that access is granted based on job functions and business requirements.
  • Automate the process of provisioning and deprovisioning user access across SAP and non-SAP systems in response to business events or user status changes.
  • Configure and maintain SSO to allow users to access multiple SAP applications with a single set of credentials.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to manage user access, perform regular access reviews, and conduct access certifications and risk assessments.
  • Integrate SAP IDM with other enterprise systems (e.g., HR, Active Directory) to synchronize user data and access rights.
  • Leverage your knowledge of SAP Identity Management (IDM) tools and services, including Identity Provisioning Service (IPS), Identity Authentication Service (IAS), and the Identity Management Administration Console.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations by documenting access controls and supporting audit processes

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
  • Expertise in SAP Identity Management (IDM) tools and services.
  • Knowledge of SAP system landscape and integration points.
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools to streamline IAM processes.
  • In-depth understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement IAM solutions.
